2) Why our some Class-fellows get Higher jobs?
3) How can we solve the problems of UN-employment?
4) Do you have any Work Experience in any company? Ans is No
5) Do you have any Technical Experience such as,Mechanical,
Electrical, Civil, IT-field? No- I have only degree with A+grade.
"I hope so, if you ask these questions from yourself, you failed to get responsive Ans which satisfy your Thinking.

First of All, the increasing number of UN-employed consist on "Bunkers & Back Benchers ".

Bunk A Class

Yes ! Inordinately, In the students life Most of students bunk their classes for Some type of fun such as A play or watch a cricket match in Stadium ,Moreover Visit Cinemas, Parks & Hotels etc.

Thus they loose to stamina of Getting education and waste time in Useless Activities.So, they have no Knowledge about any thing, Failed in Interview and Cause UN-employment.

Back Benchers Activities

2nd category: Back benchers take Less interest in Lecture and involve to disturbing Class environment by Making Noise, Listening Music, Playing Games. So their Concepts are not clear about topics and failed to prove their-selves in Exam or Interview.

3rd category: Absent Minded.

These type of Students Physically Appear in Class room but Mentally they are thinking about any drama, movie or match, some times thinking about friends, quarrels that took place at home, Further planning what to do after ending Lecture.
The category of Student don't interfere in any activity and ask No question to his Teacher Related the Topic. So the y have less knowledge to Qualify exam or Interview.

Possibilities to Get Job/ Suggestions:

1) Do Not Bunk the class During lecture and perform Activities in Leisure Time.

2) Mostly try to sit in front rows and take Interest in Lectures.

3) Ask a lot of Questions during Lectures to clear the concepts.

4) Make Notes. Yes when teacher is delivering lecture, write down important points on register.

5) Take Interests in Practical work same as Theoretical knowledge. Perform practicals Individually.

Because in field work practical experience required rather than Theoretical.

6) Learn any type of Technical work after Class time / Part time job such as Technician, Electrician,

Car Mechanic, Dress Making, Interior Designing, Denting, Painter and so on.

These Technical work is Helpful for getting Job.

7) Don't Waste Time. Do not postponed your study or preparation of exam on tomorrow.

8) Take Advantage from Summer Vacations.When you have a lot of time don't waste it. Do any type of job,such as Helper, Office boy, Clerk in any Factory or private company. Doesn't matter at that

time your Salary is quite low. But its helpful in Future to Get job that you already have experience.

9) Take interest to Work as Internee. This is an Opportunity to work in Companies easily.

Although they Don't Pay you for your work, But you get a lot of Experience to start your Carrier.

10) Last but not Least: Don't Wait Opportunities. " May be you are Jobless"

Not only Apply in only 1 company and Sit idle in waiting.Applied in more then Companies.
