In the Complete years of Education we guide student to Drive a Bicycle, Beside this when he have completed his degree & enter in an Industry, There is a Car to operate. As a result he fails to have Employment because no experience of Car driving in Complete Education System. This is the main reason.
Secondly ! Lack of practical system and Labs. Thousand of Schools, Colleges & Universities Have no proper Labs to operate. Sorry to say but A Graduated Engineer on Completing University, Submit his project Not prepared by him Or Rented one. Then How he will be Successful in His practical life?
Last but not Least: We Hire UN-Experienced Faculty due to Cost factor and play with the future of students. Due to lack of experienced, they failed to Clear the Concepts of Students and Misguide them, for only Concern on Book written Text and disgrace Out of Syllabus queries.To Sum up my Discussion The Conclusion Exist that: Education System is Updated and Course Curriculum should be Accordingly the Field or Trade work we require in Practical Life.
